For custom casting projects, we observe the following principles:

• Customer-supplied designs, drawings, and specifications remain the intellectual property of the customer.
• Tools, patterns, and molds created specifically for your project and paid for by you are generally considered your property, unless otherwise specified in your contract.
• We may retain patterns and tools for a reasonable period to facilitate future orders, unless specifically requested to return or dispose of them.
• We will take reasonable measures to protect customer-owned property while in our possession.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

7. Product Specifications and Quality

We are committed to maintaining high-quality standards in all our castings and strive to meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications. However, please note:

• All castings are subject to industry-standard tolerances unless specific tolerances are agreed upon in writing.
• Material composition and mechanical properties will comply with specified industry standards or customer requirements as agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to make minor modifications to specifications if necessary to improve the product or manufacturing process, provided such changes do not materially affect form, fit, or function.

8. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping and delivery terms include:

• Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
• Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped FOB our facility.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Claims for shipping damage must be filed directly with the carrier.

9. Warranty and Limitations

We warrant that our castings will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, and will conform to the specifications agreed upon in writing. This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper installation, use, maintenance, or from normal wear and tear.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
